A tastefully decorated mountain home set in a tranquil environment with sunset mountain views, screened porches, large yard for the kids, fire pit for roasting marshmallows, paved access, hot tub, pool table, and much more!
Bear Necessities is a 3 level 3 bedroom and 3 bath spacious mountain home with breathtaking sunset mountain views. The main level porches are screened for your comfort, with hot tub, gas grill, a swing, and patio furniture. You will enjoy evenings on the screened in porch by the outdoor wood-burning fireplace (wood provided).
On the main level the living area host a gas log fireplace, Satellite TV with DVD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of home with black appliances, hickory dining table that seats six & a kitchen bar that seats three more.
The gorgeous home consist of 1 King bed and 2 Queen. The king master is located on the lower level with an adjoining full bath. A Queen Guest room on the upper level and is equipped with Satellite TV and adjoining master bath with Jacuzzi bath tub, walk in shower and double vanity sinks. The third bedroom is a Queen Guest room located on the main level with adjoining full bath as well.
The loft area offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa with telescope for star gazing and a walkout balcony, screened in for your comfort.
The rec area is located on the lower level with pool table, Satellite TV with DVD/VCR Combo, board games and more. You will take delight in all the home has to offer, making this your home away from home. |

Rates are based on 1-4 people. Children under 3 stay for free. For parties of 5 or more people, there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night plus 10% lodging tax.
* Guests are to complete all check out procedures & comply with all policies. If cabin is left in unsatisfactory condition, additional cleaning fees will apply. Our Flat Rate Cleaning Fees and Policies are structured to provide our guests with the least expensive fees possible.
