Tranquility Ridge Cabin is a beautiful spacious home with open floor plan equipped with a stone gas log fireplace, with flat screen Satellite TV w/ Surround Sound & DVD player, an all glass prowl front with sliding glass doors looking out onto gorgeous sunset mountain views. The cabin has mostly paved access, & a covered parking area on the lower level & end of the road privacy.
For families needing multiple homes to rent, Tranquility Ridge is convenient to the Bear Neccesity, Sunset View & Altitude Adjustment cabin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with both large & small appliances, a dining area that seats six, gas gill located on a screened in porch adjacent to the kitchen area. There is a wood burning fireplace as well with wood provided, and additional dining area that will six.
There are 3 bedrooms each with full baths. The master is located on the upper level with a king size bed with walkout balcony to enjoy views, LCD Flat Screen Satellite TV w/DVD & master bath with Jacuzzi tub. The upper level has office desk & computer with DSL service.
The main level has a king size bed, walkout balcony to enjoy more views, LCD Flat Screen Satellite TV w/DVD player & a full bath w/laundry area with High Efficiency front loading washer & dryer.
The third bedroom is located on the lower level with king size bed, LCD Flat Screen TV w/DVD player, walkout to the decks & bubbling six person hot tub overlooking long range mountain views.
In addition to the lower level is spacious recreation area with gas log fireplace, Queen sleeper sofa, 52 inch wide screen TV w/DVD player, board games, mini bar with refrigerator & a pool table. Tranquility Ridge is less than 10 miles to downtown Blue Ridge & minutes to other neighboring towns. Book mark this cabin to your favorites.

Each rental is subject to a one time only Flat Rate Cleaning Fee & 10% lodging tax*.
Effective January 1, 2012, the Hotel & Motel Lodging tax rate will increase to 12%. All reservations for stays in 2012 will be subject to this new tax and tax calculations will be adjusted accordingly after January 1st.
Rates are based on 1-4 people. Children under 3 stay for free. For parties of 5 or more people, there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night plus 10% lodging tax.
* Guests are to complete all check out procedures & comply with all policies. If cabin is left in unsatisfactory condition, additional cleaning fees will apply. Our Flat Rate Cleaning Fees and Policies are structured to provide our guests with the least expensive fees possible.
