Mountain Laurel Hideaway is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 3 bath cabin with hand sawn logs throughout. The large 2 level wrap around porch is great for entertaining and admiring the nature that surrounds it. The large and level yard has areas for play including badminton and horseshoes and tetherball. There’s lots of wildlife such as deer and turkey that roam the area. The property is located just beyond the Aska Adventure Area.
Hiking and biking trails are available within 10 minutes in any direction. You can enjoy delightful hikes or bike rides right out the door. The sparkling waters of the Toccoa River for fishing, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and swimming is a short walk or bike ride away. The house is also near the Noontoola recreational area where you can hike to stunning waterfalls and see rhododendrons and mountain laurel in bloom in the spring and summer.
The home offers wireless internet, a gas log fireplace, large screen LCD TV, and DVD/VCR with satellite programs that include HBO, Cinemax and Starz. Kids & Parents will love playing playing the Wii Interactive Sports Package/Video. The comfortable open floor plan with kitchen including stainless steel appliances make entertaining easy. The dining area seats six.
Each bedroom hosts a queen size bed. The main level bed has satellite TV/DVD. The upper level guest bed is an open style loft with adjacent bath. The downstairs level offers a rec room with pool table and an additional separate sitting area with sleeper sofa, and satellite TV/DVR.

Each rental is subject to a one time only Flat Rate Cleaning Fee & 10% lodging tax*.
Effective January 1, 2012, the Hotel & Motel Lodging tax rate will increase to 12%. All reservations for stays in 2012 will be subject to this new tax and tax calculations will be adjusted accordingly after January 1st.
Rates are based on 1-4 people. Children under 3 stay for free. For parties of 5 or more people, there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night plus 10% lodging tax.
* Guests are to complete all check out procedures & comply with all policies. If cabin is left in unsatisfactory condition, additional cleaning fees will apply. Our Flat Rate Cleaning Fees and Policies are structured to provide our guests with the least expensive fees possible.
