Sunset View is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin with living room offering a wood burning fireplace (wood provided), fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, paved access, & much more!
For families needing multiple homes to rent, Sunset View is convenient to the Bear Neccesity, Tranquiity Ridge & Altitude Adjustment cabin.
The master bedroom is located on main level with plasma tv with satellite, and adjoining full bath with jacuzzi bath tub, & walk in shower. Additional guest room with Queen size bed & adjoining full bath located on main level as well. Both bedrooms walks out onto porches to gaze at sunset vistas.
The lower level has third guest bedroom with Queen size bed & adjoining full bath, large laundry area with front loader washer & dryer. A very spacious recreation room with additional living area hosting big wide screen tv with satellite, ideal area for football game viewing, pool table, air hockey, foos ball, game card table & ARCADE GAME kids & adults alike will love! Arcade game includes pac man, frogger & more.
Recline in the rocking chairs on the main level porch or soak in a bubbly hot tub while awaiting beautiful sunset mountain views. Make Sunset View your next getaway, one that is sure to please all & keep you coming back! |

Each rental is subject to a one time only Flat Rate Cleaning Fee & 10% lodging tax*.
Effective January 1, 2012, the Hotel & Motel Lodging tax rate will increase to 12%. All reservations for stays in 2012 will be subject to this new tax and tax calculations will be adjusted accordingly after January 1st.
Rates are based on 1-4 people. Children under 3 stay for free. For parties of 5 or more people, there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night plus 10% lodging tax.
* Guests are to complete all check out procedures & comply with all policies. If cabin is left in unsatisfactory condition, additional cleaning fees will apply. Our Flat Rate Cleaning Fees and Policies are structured to provide our guests with the least expensive fees possible.
Flat Rate Cleaning Fee for Sunset View is $70.00.
