Indulge in the peace and beauty of Unequa Lodge, a beautiful three level cabin with breathtaking long-range mountain views. Each guest room provides a fantastic mountain view unsurpassed by most.
Unequa Lodge is located in the highly acclaimed Mountain High community. Paved roads allow easy access to this cabin and parking is abundant and level. Tucked away in a cul-de-sac, this cabin offers great privacy.
Tastefully decorated throughout, the living & dining area share a vaulted ceiling situated around a beautiful 20’ fieldstone wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) with enough seating for the whole family. Satellite TV with DVD player and CD Player with MP3 connector.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large & small appliances, a dining area that will seat eight persons, and a gas grill located on the main level porch. The cabin is equipped with a washer & dryer.
This cabin hosts 3 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The master is located on the upper level with a king size bed, Satellite TV, & full bath with Jacuzzi tub. In addition, there is a cozy loft to enjoy special quiet time. With a double sleeper sofa.
There is a guest room with a king size bed & full bath on the main level. The third bedroom is on the lower level with king size bed & full bath. The lower level also offers a spacious recreation area with a pool table, board games & sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa.
Step-out onto one of the 3 spacious covered porches to enjoy serene, misty mornings & star-filled evenings, relax in a bubbling 6 person hot tub.
For the outdoor enthusiast, hiking, biking, horseback riding, rafting & boating are all within minutes.

Each rental is subject to a one time only Flat Rate Cleaning Fee & 10% lodging tax*.
Effective January 1, 2012, the Hotel & Motel Lodging tax rate will increase to 12%. All reservations for stays in 2012 will be subject to this new tax and tax calculations will be adjusted accordingly after January 1st.
Rates are based on 1-4 people. Children under 3 stay for free. For parties of 5 or more people, there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night plus 10% lodging tax.
* Guests are to complete all check out procedures & comply with all policies. If cabin is left in unsatisfactory condition, additional cleaning fees will apply. Our Flat Rate Cleaning Fees and Policies are structured to provide our guests with the least expensive fees possible.
Flat Rate Cleaning Fee for Unequa Lodge is $70.00.
